Payment of Your HOA Dues

Payments are due the 1st of each month. Payments are considered late after the 10th.

Checks and money order should be made out to the name of your Association – Not GPM Group

Payments can be made via:

  • Online bill pay using your banks bill pay
  • Our third party partner, Zego, by registering at https://payments.gozego.com/login/resident
  • Mailing a check or money order to: PO Box 1685, Davidson, NC 28036
  • Dropping off payment in person at our lock-box located at 705 Northeast Dr, Unit 13, Davidson, NC 28036

How To Establish Online Banking Payments Through Your Bank

  1. Log into your personal online banking account
  2. Access the Bill Payment section of your online banking
  3. Create a new Vendor to pay
  4. Type your Association Name as the Vendor to pay
  5. Use our mailing address of: PO Box 1685 Davidson NC 28036
  6. Enter the monthly dues amount
  7. Set payment due date of the 1st of each month
  8. Make this a recurring monthly payment with the choices your bank provides (all banks are different on this step)
